Pick Pocketer

Hello again,  Happy SPRING and September. I would say - pinch a punch... but that was yesterday =) My son absolutely LOVES putting things in my pockets. I have this mustard colour knitted tunic with big pockets towards the bottom hem. My son is often finding small books, cars, his socks or other random items to place inside my pockets. It could have started because I often carry my keys inside my pockets, and he tries to fish those out. So with all this pocket pinching I thought I would use up some left over scraps of fabric to make a pocket sorter. I used a long strip of denim. Something sturdy to keep the project together and allow it to hang and work accordingly later. Then I picked out two alternating colours of fabric to work well together. I had some left-over autumn looking cute fabric. And some Spot the dog left over pieces. You can use whatever you like.
